CHECK/MONEY ORDER POLICY:
Payments made by check or money order are due within 10 business days of order confirmation. If you are paying by check, your order will be shipped 7-10 business days after check has cleared. There will be a $30.00 charge for all returned checks!
SALES TAX:
Indiana residents will be charged 7% sales tax.
SHIPPING POLICY:
If ordering single graphics, I will email you a zipped file containing your graphics, which you may print out at your leisure. If you are ordering the packages and want me to print them in quantity, a separate invoice will be sent to you to cover shipping costs. These will be shipped in a packing envelope and general cost is around $5.95 for shipping costs. If you are wanting to order in quantity for me to print and mail to you, please allow 3-5 business days for the shipment to leave my house, this is to give me time to print the item's out for you. All graphics are saved at 300DPI for best printing quality!

Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority! We want you to be pleased with your purchase and experience with us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your product, you may return it to us within 10 business days for a full refund less any shipping charges. Products must be returned in their original condition. Please make sure that you have properly packaged your product to prevent damage during shipment back to us. If the merchandise you return to us arrives damaged, NO refund will be given. If you have received a damaged item from us, you must notify us by e-mail prior to returning it. If you are pleased with your transaction, please tell a friend.
